Transport your IKEA purchases easily using a Dockx delivery van

How does it work? 

Reserve your delivery van using the Dockx app. Reservations are made so quickly that you can book a vehicle while walking from the checkout to the car park. 

• Open or download the free app via the App Store or Google Play Store.
• Register quickly and easily or log in. Enter your personal details, choose a password, and take photos of your driving licence and identity card. You can log in using your email address or customer number.  
• Select IKEA Wilrijk, IKEA Hasselt or IKEA Liège from the list of locations. Select the required date, time, and vehicle.
• Simply start the rental from the home screen. Open the vehicle using your digital key in the app; you must turn on your Bluetooth and location permissions for this. 
• Accurately carry out the damage assessment by taking four side shots and leave without any worries.
• Start the vehicle by pushing the start/stop button or by using the key found in the vehicle’s glove compartment. 
• After the rental, leave the vehicle in a clean state and return it to the same parking space. 
• Pay. You will receive your contract and invoice by email. 

Cost 

Our Mini Van, Mega Van, and Easy Box are waiting for you at the IKEA Wilrijk, IKEA Hasselt and IKEA Liège store exits. You rent the vehicle at an all-inclusive rate – that’s really good value!  

• Mini Van: €19.90 per hour, all-in 
• Mega Van: €22.90 per hour, all-in 
• Easy Box: €25.90 per hour, all-in
