If you rent a vehicle for up to four hours, you pay per vehicle:

Do you want to rent the vehicle for longer than four hours? Then you will pay the regular standard rate.
How does booking via the Dockx app work?
Download the Dockx app, register with your identity card and driver’s license, choose your Brico branch, select your vehicle and rental period, and confirm your reservation.
Can I take the van immediately after my purchase?
Yes, you can make reservations quickly and digitally via the Dockx app. You can leave immediately using your digital key, depending on vehicle availability.
Do I have to return the vehicle to the same Brico branch?
Yes, you always return the vehicle to the Pick-up Point where you picked it up so that other customers can also use it after you.
What happens if I notice damage before or after use?
You must perform a visual check via the app when picking up and returning the vehicle. Please report any damage immediately. Any new damage that occurs while you have the vehicle will be evaluated afterwards and settled according to the insurance conditions.
Do I need to book in advance?
You can make last-minute bookings via the app, as long as there is availability. During busy periods, we do recommend that you make your booking in advance to ensure a vehicle is available.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes, we always require a deposit to cover any additional costs such as damage. The amount of your deposit depends on the vehicle, and will be listed when you rent the vehicle.
