How do I create an account on dockx.be?

Creating an account on dockx.be takes a few steps: go to the registration page, click 'Sign up', enter your details and confirm via the verification email we send you.

Once your account is verified, you can log in and start managing bookings, changing your details or viewing invoices.

How can I update my details in my account?

You can update most of your information yourself via 'My account' on dockx.be. Note: if you change your email address, your login also changes. Want to change your name, first name or date of birth? Contact your Dockx Service Shop for this.

I forgot my password. What now?

Go to the login page on dockx.be and click 'Forgot password'. Enter your email address and you will receive an email within minutes to reset your password.

Where do I find my customer number?

Your customer number is a unique number we use to identify your bookings. You will find it on your rental agreements and in 'My account' on dockx.be. You can log in with your customer number or your email address — both work.

I forgot my login. What can I do?

You can log in with your email address or your customer number. Forgot your email? Log in with your customer number, and vice versa. Lost both? Contact your Dockx Service Shop — they will help you.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account on simple request, via the Dockx app or by email.

Via the app:

  • Open the app and log in.
  • Go via the hamburger menu to 'My account'.
  • Select 'Delete account' and confirm.
  • Your account and all your personal data are anonymised.

By email: send a request to gdpr@dockx.be with your email address or customer number.

Note: as a rental company, Dockx Rental is legally required to retain driver data. Your account can only be deleted 6 months after your last rental. If this period has not elapsed, deletion will take place automatically once those 6 months have passed.
