How do I change my details?

You can change your details under ‘My account’. If you change your e-mail address, you also change your login. You must contact your Dockx Service Shop to change your surname, first name and date of birth.

How do I create an account?

Go to Login on the Dockx Rental website and create an account by clicking on the Register button. Enter your details. We will send an e-mail to verify your account. 

Once your account is verified, you can log in. From your account you can manage reservations, change your details or view invoices.

What is my customer number? (where can I find it?)

Your customer number is a unique number that we use to identify your reservations. You can find your customer number on your contracts and under ‘My account’. 

You can log into the Dockx Rental website using your customer number or e-mail address.

What should I do if I forget my login details?

You can log in with your e-mail address or customer number. If you have forgotten your e-mail address, you can log in with your customer number and vice-versa. If you have forgotten both options, contact your Dockx Service Shop. They will be able to help you.

What should I do if I forget my password?

If you have forgotten your password, go to ‘Login’ and choose ‘Forgot password’. Enter your e-mail address and within a few minutes we will send you an e-mail that can be used to create a new password.
